Some folks are speculating that Cooch's endorsement is the result of a really big favor being repaid. But, my sources are telling me that others who thought they were entitled to similar repayment aren't getting the same treatment. My guess is that the AG is simply building his base for '13. In other words, this isn't a repayment; it's to get a repayment two years from now.
