York, Chapman, Nevarez win nominating contests

I'm delighted Al Nevarez won the caucus! I can't wait for him to beat Delgaudio in November!

I've updated the campaign websites page to reflect the new reality.

    I stumbled on your blog while surfing about the local election. I liked your title since I was out ringing doorbells for Al on Saturday, a first for me. Any advice for a newbie?

    Hey Teagan! Welcome to canvassing! Advice for the newbie: wear comfortable shoes; drink lots of water or Gatorade; wear sunscreen and a hat; and have fun!

    Don't forget that Oak Grove is in Broad Run now, much as I wish it were in Sterling.

    I'll be walking for Al soon, too. Maybe we'll get to team up!
