Of the top five on my list this time, four are incumbents.
Almost all on the list raised less than last time. Some quite a bit less. A few were quite amusing to read, actually, when you realize that if they hadn't donated to themselves, they'd have moved about 5 places down the list.
Several posted "no activity".
You may notice that there are some new names on the list as well. As always, if you know of a candidate or website not listed here, please let me know!

ReplyDeleteCheck out Anjan's fundraising! I think he is running for the wrong office. With that fundraising, he should be running for delegate rather than school board!
Gah!! I had her info on here and it's gone! Now I need to go and check on everybody.
ReplyDeleteLiz,
ReplyDeletethanks for posting this! The one candidate I am a bit confused about is Larry Roeder. Mr. Roeder talks about how he will be more effective because he will be a "full time" supervisor. Unlike the rest of his candidates who have full time jobs, he can devote full time to fund-raising, yet he has raised almost nothing from others and, with one exception, has been his only contributor this period. Additionally, I find it confusing that he lists himself as an economic development consultant, yet he claims to not have a job to interfere with him being a full time supervisor. But, what's kinda funny is that the campaign of an economic development consultant is in the economic toilet. Is this the kind of economic development he envisions for the county???
