Eugene Delgaudio felt that this header image was appropriate to send out to his Public Advocate mailing list
Eugene Delgaudio felt it was appropriate to send out a header image depicting a pool of rainbow blood on a floor, with a bloody handprint.
Please, please, please Sterling. Vote this guy out of office. Please, please, please Sterling. Vote for Al Nevarez.
If you don't live in Sterling, but the thought of someone like Eugene Delgaudio remaining in office horrifies you, please donate to Al Nevarez.
Don't know who Eugene Delgaudio is? Here's a refresher:
Anonymous, I deleted your comment because you didn't use a screen name.
ReplyDeleteLiz, regardless if I used a screen name or not, I think you could have answered my question. Or do you not have an adequate reason to give regarding your support of Mr. Alfonso? Would this be a case of blindly supporting someone because of their label(e.g. Democrat) without analyzing the issues and each of the candidates?
ReplyDeleteThank you for choosing a screen name, Peter.
ReplyDeleteNo, I do not support candidates just because they are Democrats.
I support people who I think will do a good job.
I've spoken with Al numerous times, and he has a common-sense progressive approach to tackling the issues we have here in Loudoun, and especially, that the Sterling community faces daily.
He's pro-public-transit, pro-public-schools, pro-public-facilities (like libraries and rec centers).
I also think he has a good chance of beating Delgaudio, who only won by 200 votes last time out. And the Delgaudio fans at novatownhall seem to agree with me, since they did an 8-part!!! expose on Nevarez (confirming what we all knew! He's a progressive! He supports progressive causes!), and have hardly mentioned Shariari.
Quite frankly, I don't know much about Ali Shariari, except that he filed the day before the deadline, is rumored to be a friend of Eugene Delgaudio, and is not taking any donations. Before the day he filed, I'd never heard of him. Nor had anyone else I know. Including people who are deeply involved in Sterling affairs.
My goal is to get Delgaudio out of office. Al Nevarez is the best chance to do that.
Peter, you demanded that Liz answer a question, and she did.
ReplyDeleteNow you answer one: What do you think of the fitness for office of a man who raises money to resist human rights by using pictures like the one that is the actual topic of this thread?
Hello Stevens, I think Eugene Delgaudio is a silly person. I would question your reference to human rights? What human right are you referring to? Either way, the photo is dumb.
ReplyDeletePeter, Delgaudio is the head of The PubliC Advocate of the United States as well as the Sterling Supervisor. He rIses money to fight against equal rights for gays and lesbians. Those human rights that he enjoys, he works to deny to others.
